Happy In The House

“I was glad when they said to me, ‘Let us go into the house of the Lord.’” Psalm 122:1

Going to church should not be a chore, instead, it should be a delight and pleasure. One of the outward signs that points to the fact that we are a part of the family of God is that we possess a desire to be around others that are in our spiritual family. Sharing our lives and fellowshipping with others in the Body of Christ helps us to come into our potential in God and experience His fullness.
Scripture declares that there is a specific presence of the Lord that we have access to when we assemble in God’s house. There is a corporate blessing found in the Church of the Living God. This specific blessing carries a unique reward to those who overcome offenses and persevere in faith for each other and their leaders.
There is great power found in unity. One may chase a thousand, but two, ten thousand. Although we may have to walk alone at times, God designed us to be interconnected members of a Christ-filled people. To be part of a local church is to be part of the greatest institution known to man.

Lord, I want to love You more than anything in this world and see You revealed in my church. I thank You, Father, for gran ng us the unfathomable riches of Your presence! We pray for the abiding fullness of Christ in Life Fellowship Church. Amen.
